General enquiries
Email hello@mettelo.com with the subject “General enquiry”. Tell us briefly what you need and include the relevant page or activity. We use this inbox for website and community enquiries; it is not an emergency service.
To join, use the existing membership application. The community is for adults aged 18 or over, and private spaces may require approval.
Community support & reporting
For access questions or concerns about behaviour, email hello@mettelo.com with “Community support” or “Community report”. You can also contact an identified moderator within your approved community space. If the concern involves that moderator, use the email route.
- Identify the space, approximate time and behaviour involved.
- Include relevant links or a brief factual description; share screenshots only where appropriate and necessary.
- Explain any immediate safety concern or support you need. Avoid speculation and unnecessary information about other people.
Reports are considered in context and shared only as needed to assess and respond. Absolute confidentiality cannot be promised. We may request clarification, address content or conduct, or restrict participation where justified. You can request a review by replying with further context. No fixed support response time or outcome is guaranteed.
If someone is in immediate danger, contact the appropriate local emergency service. Do not rely on this inbox for urgent protection.
Privacy requests
Email hello@mettelo.com with “Privacy request” to ask about access, correction, deletion, objection, consent withdrawal or a review of a response. Say which application, project, community space or waitlist request is involved. Do not send passwords or identity documents unsolicited.
For launch-update withdrawal, use “Stop launch updates” and identify the email address used to sign up. Read the Privacy Policy for how requests and information are handled. Applicable statutory response deadlines are separate from general support availability.
Projects & workshop enquiries
For an existing project, use the organiser/contact route in its documentation. If unavailable, email hello@mettelo.com with “Project enquiry” and the project name. Browse the Project Library and use the project participation form to express interest; this is separate from community membership.
For a workshop or volunteering question, include its title or proposed topic. Joining a community or sending an enquiry does not guarantee employment, sponsorship or a project place.
Before sending information
Share only what is needed to handle your request. Never include passwords, access tokens or confidential employer/client data. If sensitive evidence is necessary, ask for a suitable route first.
See the Community Guidelines, Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. Membership and project applications continue through their existing external forms; this support page does not create an account.
